Located on an existing commercial building, this project designed and developed by Erik Morvan Architects, proposes a significant improvements in the use of space.

The renovation has important changes such as the relocation of the parking lots to a new basement, comfortable garden terraces across the 7 floors, use of renewable energy and design features to improve energy efficiency.
